Everyone just loves ice cream. It is very great in taste but a hindrance in losing weight. It is loaded with calories and sugar. If you are an ice cream lover and love to eat it in large quantities then you should stop this habit. Eat a very small portion if you don’t wish to gain weight. Try to prepare homemade ice cream using very little sugar and healthy ingredients such as fruits that have natural sugar. You will have to control your cravings if you want to lose weight.
