9. Half wheel pose
Stand in a straight position. Feet should be close and try to keep your body weight on your feet. Inhale and stretch your arms back over the head such that the palms are parallel to each other. Try to keep your knees straight and elbows should not bend. Your chest should be in apposition that it faces the roof or the ceiling. Hold this position and return to the original after some time. It helps in losing weight and maintaining body posture.
