10. Downward facing dog pose
It is a very useful posture to fight stress and relieve back pain. In this posture, you have to bend down. Slowly bend your knees and hands such that hands should touch the floor and knees are lying at a level below the hips. Feet should be parallel. Try to lift heels from the floor. Try to maintain this posture for a few seconds and then slowly return to the origin. It will help a lot in getting rid of excess fat from the body.
