5. Triangle pose
In this posture, you have to be in standing position. Stand straight by making your feet apart. Tilt your left foot towards the right side and keep your right foot straight. Now slowly move your body so that you are able to place right hand on the floor near the right foot. The left hand should be in upwards position. Maintain this position for a few seconds. It is a very good stimulation exercise which helps in burning calories and providing strength to the body.
