6. Camel Pose
It is a very powerful posture to lose weight. It focuses on the abdominal region, back, neck and shoulders. It improves flexibility and stimulates the thyroid gland. Sit on your feet in a parallel position such that your knees are close together. Come on your knees and bend backward such that you are able to hold your heels. Try to hold this position for several seconds and then slowly come back to the original position. This yoga posture helps to relieve constipation and strengthening of muscles.
