4. Make one trip a day by bike or foot
Think back to your college years: You walked everywhere, either because you didn’t have a car or because you were in no shape to drive. Thankfully you don’t drink as much now, but there’s no reason you can’t walk or bike just as much as you did then (or more). Find at least one trip a day you can make by foot or bike, and leave the car in the garage. You’ll burn more calories, save gas, and stay off roads that have become more dangerous because of smartphone-wielding drivers.
